Congratulations to the Department
of Justice, the Homeland Security Office, the Department of State, the
FBI and CIA for consolidating terrorist screening on different levels into
one, single anti-terrorist watchlist and for creating the Terrorist Screening
! Centre (1) It's getting ever better organized and centralized! If things
continue to develop at this speed, we may expect the long awaited building
of concentration camps for suspected terrorists any time soon. (Maybe
just a small suggestion to C. Powell: keep it simple - rename the whole
thing into MTCS - "Ministry of Total Citizenry Surveillance")
