Ok i must just be an idiot cause i dont get this.  We are supposedly the most advance country in the world.  As many like to put it "we are number one".  We may be on top because of our military might now but what about in 10 years?  We live in a country that is so corrupt we have become that which we used to fight against.  Lets face it we are not the moral leaders of the world we would like to think ourselves to be.  Our politicians no longer care about there voters they care about money and power.  They dont look at the real problems they manipulate the voters into caring about problems that dont really matter.  We have problems in this country that arent being addressed.  People in our own country dont have running water, electricity, or food to eat.  We advance students in school just because of there color or ethincity when they cant even read!  What has happened to this country.  I wish i knew sometimes i find myself ashamed of being and American but i know i wouldnt be happy anywhere else.  Yes we have freedoms others can only dream of but we are one of the most hated and feared nations in the world.  We stay on top because of our military but we treat them like crap.  Our politicians feed off the ignorance of our nation which is becoming more ignorant by the generation.  By 2010 we wont be the nation we are now.  Think about it, just look at how much we have de-evolved morally in the past 20 years and we arent getting any better.  This is not the way God meant for us to live.  We live in a country that has suddenly said that one parent homes are alright.  Where doing whatever to make yourself happy is alright as long as no one else gets hurt of course.  Please in our world we fight losing battles against drug lords that only hurt everyone else.  So one person gets happy by shooting or snorting something while some innocent down the street gets shot over it.  I am sorry i just dont get the moral decline in this country.  Of course this is my opinion and i may be wrong!
