Southern Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken (preferrably cut into quarters or decently manageable pieces)
Flour
Salt
Oil
Ok use a black iron skillet (preferrably) and heat to medium.  Then put in enough oil to cover about a quarter inch up the side of the skillet.
Make sure the oil is nice and hot before you put the chicken in.

For the chicken just put the flour and salt to taste into a zip lock bag.  Then put in your chicken one or two pieces at a time and shake to coat them in the mixture.  Then put into you hot grease..making sure the grease doesnt smoke or get to hot and cook until the chicken is done.

Easy as pie but a whole lot more tasty
