Department Store Outburst

Spending three days with her
Ready to burst with frustration
The last day, in a department store
Her taste horribly blind in fashion
Coming out of the dressing room
Adorned in a blue, purple, red sweater
"Well? I like it, what do you think? The truth."
She wants me to tell it like it is!?!
It's horrible!
Mismatched!
You, terrible sense!
You're clingy!
You're needy!
You're annoying!
Wrong hair tint!
Fake!
Jerky boyfriend!
Shrill piecing voice!
Outdated everything!
AHHHHHH!
YOU!
Deep intake, claming sigh
Forging a smile in her direction
Uttering only two simple words
"It's fine"
