When the doctor came, Malcom was feeling worse not better. He felt like he had a brass band marching in his head. When the doorbell rang, Malcom groaned. He sent his housekeeper to answer it, and the doctor came in.
The doctor examined Malcom and, after pondering for a while said "I know what the problem is. You've got fungular fever.".
"That sounds serious!" gasped Malcom
"I can assure you it isn't, but only if you take these tablets. The instructions are written on the label."
The doctor handed Malcom a bottle of bright pink tablets and left. Malcom decided to start the medication right away, so he got a drink of water and read the label. He blinked several times, but the wording didn't change. The label still didn't make any sense. It said
"Break tablet in half and swallow whole. Do not take more than 4 in 24 hours"
