On his first day, Malcom was so nervous that he didn't operate the ride but only demonstrated it, whilst the other ride attandant operated it. On the next day it was the same, and on the 3rd day, when he finally tried to operate the ride it broke down.
When the manager heard about Malcom, he was called into the manager's office. The manager didn't listen to poor Malcom's excuses but sacked him straight away.
That night, when he got home he was very upset. He decided to phone his lawyer and sue Alton Towers. The case went to court and Malcom won. He had successfully sued them for FUNFAIR DISMISSAL.
