Tears Will Fall No More
Her tears will fall no more for her true love.
For years her heart has sung this empty song.
Much freedom lost to raise his life above
The things he took for granted all along.
He came one night to mend her broken heart.
She breathed her last, he was a bit too late.
He never thought that they would ever part,
But then again, he said true love could wait.
The scars upon her heart in time will heal.
True love she sought in him who was a thorn.
So long she wished his love to be for real,
But then again, it is too late to mourn.
He wondered why he had put out the flame.
The love she felt for him, he felt the same.

he stretched out his hand to show he cared,
she took and stood right by his side.
growing and growing was the love they shared;
two lovers -- nowhere to go and nothing to hide.
