| Soooo.......the story of dan. I started playing bout 8 years ago i think, but thats a really ruff estimate. So i joined a small band named "Mugshots" wid junior , who coincidently was on keys aswell as a few other random people, who i care not too mention. So this didnt really work out due to a tiff between me and a random fat bastard named Dave, Oh shit i wasn't supposed to give out names lol. I decided soon after the demise of "mugshots" to draw on the influence of bands i was listening to at the time, namely Travis and Third eye blind, which therfore results in some form of indie folk in a band called "Sil" .After playing gigs in and out of brum we encountered one gig in TELFORD in which turned out to be the number 1 racist coloney of farmers and random folk in Britian. Our guitarist Junior wasn't looked upon to highly. After numerous gigs the band broke up due too,.... well we just felt it was time for a change. So once again i was unsure musically of what to do next,but this all was about to change, as my dad introduced me to a unknown songwriter Liam, who brought along leon the drummer.So we rehearsed for awhile but were short a bass player. So here it is the biggest mistake of my life,like a fuckin twat i invited dave back from mugshots to play bass.So after a while we generated interest from (ocs) notibly as Leon is oscars son,we were soon booked for a couple of support shows with them and Paul Weller this was soon to fold as i was told to fuck off because i hated dave and wanted a new drummer and bass player, and due to Liam and Dave being "bumchums" they voted agianst me. This time i was determined too do something right,so i reunited with my good pal Junior who had met a talented ginger man named kieran. And with a snap of a lambs tail Casta were born. The rest is History........... |
