Story:
After watching Imperial Pictures' amateur "Scream" sequel "Scream Louder", the idea of making a movie really seemed like fun. I had shot stuff with a video camera before, but never scripted or edited. The idea of wanting to make a horror movie popped up during work on our 1997 Haunted House, and I began writing my own Scream sequel ("Scream 2" would be released that December) entitled "Scream Forever".
Doing a fan sequel is not looked upon very highly by people in the "amateur movie community" and I started getting death threats on ICQ and stuff. I decided to change the plot line of the movie after cast shuffles, after having some of my scenes actually pop up in the real "Scream 2" and to avoid the people that hated fan sequels. The final story ended up being this:
Westbridge High School is gearing up for its annual yearbook fundraiser. One night, a triple murder involving two seniors from the school puts a damper on the much needed fundraiser, scheduled for a few days later. Tasha Parker, editor of the yearbook, is the ex-girlfriend of one of the murder victims' best friend, Jesse Vaughn, and knows that she should do all she can to stop the fundraiser (a midnight showing of "Scream" and "Scream 2"). What Tasha doesn't know is that Jesse's keeping a secret that makes the movie double feature a lot more serious than everyone thinks.
