Junkie of Amsterdam was founded in 2003, to explore
recycling for mass production of clothes. We make 
timeless clothes with an edge, for women in their 20's 
and 30's. The clothes are designed to be worn 
comfortably in the day time and to give that extra 
edge on an evening out.
J of A is built up on the simple yet frequently 
violated principle: everybody is just as valuable,
and everyone is inextensible. 
Nobody is less worth no matter what race, gender, 
age, size, intellect, social status, religion or 
sexual orientation. We therefore take care to be 
environmentally friendly. To producein socially acceptable
ways and to provide clothes in a wide range of sizes. 
As well as promoting an alternative beauty ideal to 
today's skinny models.
We have clothes in the sizes 36-46, we will expand 
there range in the future. And we will make bigger 
sizes upon request.The collection for summer 2006 
consists 3 rages. One made from reused cotton fabrics. 
One made from reclaimed leather and one made from jeans 
cuttings.
