By Love in a Mist
You may
wonder how parrents can be missing their babies, and mothers
dissapear from their babies?
I know you are, not many outsiders know, it is really a sad
story, but I have chosen to share it with you, because it needs
to be told!
It all started some years ago, more and more ponies became loners
and just disappeared into the woods, behind the mountains, and we
never heard anything from them, untill one day they showed up,
wanting to enslave us, and a big war began, it lasted for almost
2 months, and we were almost defeated, when finally Queen Majesty
gave the order to use magic !
We made the mad ponies retrete, and then we could start counting
our losses.........
We had lost many a good pony, but we could not find their bodies
anywhere, they had just disappeared !
The time passed, and we where starting building the Valley up
again and getting back to normal, when one day, our lost friends
Mommy and Daddy Apple delight, with their daughter, and Wave
Runner came into the Valley !
They told us that they had been captured during the war, and had
been slaves with the mad ponies, untill they managed to escape,
only were they very sad, that they had not been able to rescue
their son!
Sinc then other ponies has managed to escape and find their way
home to Dream Valley, and more are coming!
We now only have one mother less pony, Baby Firefly, and we even
succeded in convinsing Glory that she is not a mad pony, but as
good as the rest of us, so now Baby Glory is happy again, she
does not have to be afraid of her mother anymore!
But, the strangest thing happened today, a new pony came to the
Valley, a pony we don`t know!
She does not know her own name, and she looks different than the
rest of us, but Minty and Sweet Clover says they know what she
is, because they have seen the likes of her when they where
slaves.
She is the result of a mating between a mad and a normal pony,
that is why she looks so strange, so we have decided to welcome
her into the herd.
Now you know why we are not all here, but please don`t talk about
this in front of the baby ponies, they need to forget the war,
and be happy little ponies.............
