How the Pegusi came to Dream Valley.

It was in
the old days, before the Pegusi came down from the Pegasus
mountains to share their life with us, when Majestys
great-great-great grandmother ruled the land.
A young Unicorn started out on a jurney over the plains, towards
the Pegasus mountains.
When he came to the foot of the mountains, he was very close to
giving up, when he saw how sheer the sides was, but he started
climbing.
It was very hard and it was tough, but he was wise, even for a
unicorn so up he went, and then it happened, his hoof slipped on
the sharp rocks, and his leg got caught in a rift between the
rocks, and he could feel it was broken, now it was over, he could
not get loose and the pain was unbearable, and at last he lost
consciousness.
When he finally woke up, he was lying on a bed of moss in a cave
with a fire, and he could smell ponies!
He had a splint on his leg, and the pain was gone!
He discovered that these ponies had wings.............
As he got well he became friends with one of the Pegusi males,
and he talked him into coming with him back to the valley, he
also got a big bunc of the plants that had been used to taking
his pain away!
When he came back to the valley he was honered, as the one who
found the flying ponies, and he got the name Sky Flyer, and he
got the job to be Majestys right hand, and wisepony!
This is why all of the Queens Wiseponies ever since then has had
the name Sky Flyer.
Since then the Pegusi has come down from the mountains, and
married both ponies and unicorns, but that special plant, to cure
pain, is still only to be found at the sheer sides of the Pegasus
mountains!
