Episode 06: "Nanami-sama, Beware!"

"Burnt Curry"

Ako: It's a camp!
Ako&Bko: It's a camp! It's a camp! How fun!
Bko: The real pleasure of camp is making curry and rice in a messtin.
Ako&Bko: Let's eat!
Ako: This rice is pretty hard in the center.
Bko: And the bottom is scorched.
Ako: Besides, the curry is too runny without enough powder.
Ako: Do you really like it?
Bko: Oh, c'mon! This fresh air has a better taste than any food!
Ako&Bko: Thanks for the food!

Poor, poor Tsuwabuki. So whipped. Of course, Nanami will be in a similar situation later on. Tsuwabuki doesn't care about all the burnt curry that Nanami hands him, he's just glad to be camping with her. Nanami will do the same thing for Touga, even once Touga starts manipulating the hell out of her just like everyone else.

Love hands you a lot of burnt curry, but you can ignore it because of the fresh air. And if you're Tsuwabuki or Nanami, you can take a LOT of burnt curry and not care. That's called OBSESSION.

If you want to read way to deeply into it... the rice that Tsuwabuki gets handed is hard in the center - Nanami doesn't really love him, and her heart is hard against him. His love isn't founded on anything stable or healthy, either - the bottom is scorched.
