You should be able to swim for this meeting but it is not essential. Anyone who starts drowning call me i only charge a small fee for my years of life saving experience.
On the letter it says "the golden rule after capsize is to stay with the boat" ONE thats bad grammer, TWO thats not really true golden rule is get out of the Kayak then stay with it.
