The 2001 Swelvax Player of the Year, Dirksen will be joining the team partway through the season due to a contract dispute. "GM Fanucci's gotta show me some love after the season I had last year," Dirksen stated from his study in Concord, NH. "That's part of the reason why I'm studying law- in three years when I have a law degree I'll really be able to go after all the money I'm worth." Senser's will miss Dirksen's contributions on the field and at the bar for the first few games, but his return will bolster both the win/loss record and the wheel spin record.
