| What happened to CHT in 2000? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| DALE, I'm not sure about LT but, in the full version of 2000i you use properties/ddmodify. Properties works differently with 2000i, in that it will edit multiple enities and give you more options than just layer and color like R14 did. Try it, go to the properties button; Click on the quick select (the funnel with the lightning bolt); Then select "Object type" as text, then select all the text you want to edit. You will then see you can edit the height, width, style, justification, obliquing angle, everything you ever wanted to edit. Have Fun Jim |

| Jim, R14'S CHANGE TEXT (CHT) COMMAND IS NOT AVAILABLE IN AUTOCAD LT 2000i. DO YOU KNOW ANY OTHER METHOD OF EDITING MULTIPLE TEXT SELECTIONS IN 2000i? IT'S A HASSLE USING (ED),CLICKING,THEN TYPING NEW TEXT/VALUE, CLICKING, THEN REDOING THE PROCESS ON ANOTHER SELECTION. DALE GUDANI [email protected] |
