As I sit here I am thinking
About the people I am killing
Am I wrong or am I right
To shoot these bullets day and night
Some of the people are unarmed
But they still don't go unharmed
They don't want to have to fight
But get caught up in the plight
They have decided they don't need
All this fighting to succeed
To have their country back as theirs
It's up to us to stop the tears
Give them back their god given right
Not to live their lives in fright
I will lay down my gun tonight
For I no longer want to fight.

I need so much to do everything we planned

I'd love for you to accept from me this Gold Band

Once we say I do as we say our last command

That person an angel sent from up above

Why are there wars in the world
Can't we just have friendship unfurled
All this killing has to cease
So the world can be in peace
Everyone should have a white dove
To show just how much they love
The way the world should be

Why do these waves have to rise
Taking peoples buildings and lives
They say this was an act of God
This I think is very odd
For young and old to die this way
Is not an act of God I pray
We must do whatever it takes
To help these people with their heartache
We must help them rebuild their lives
With every new day that arrives
We can't replace the loved ones they lost
But we can help them with the cost
So please people do what you can
To help every child woman and man
