Work Experience
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of district’s curriculum program. Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles. Present subject matter according to guidelines established by TEA, board policies, and administrative regulations. Plan and supervise assignments of teacher aide(s) and volunteer(s). Work cooperatively with administrators, team leaders, department coordinators, content specialists, and other staff as needed to meet curriculum objectives. Work cooperatively with special education teachers to modify curricula as needed for special education students according to guidelines established in Individual Education Plans (IEP). Help students analyze and improve study methods and habits. Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement through formal and informal testing. Cared for and assisted ill, injured, and incapacitated passengers and administered first aid in compliance with government and company regulations. In an emergency, prepared to rapidly evacuate passengers from an aircraft, provided leadership, directed and assisted passengers. Trained to operate mechanical equipment such as airstairs, aircraft doors, window exits, evacuation slides, life rafts, fire extinguishers, and oxygen systems.
