Apricot Bread

Chop or mince dried apricots. Add orange juice to apricots and heat over low heat. Add brown sugar to apricot/juice mixture and set aside. Combine eggs,oil and buttermilk. Add to the apricot juice mixture. Combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and then add to the other ingredients. Fold in toasted almonds. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.


Raspberry- Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins

Combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder sugar and salt. Combine the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter and then add to the dry mixture. Fold in the blueberries and raspberries. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.


Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Prepare as with the above pizza dough recipe.


Banana Walnut Loaf

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl, and then add to the dry ingredients mixture. Blend. Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 1 hour.
