We will celebrate our 10th anniversary this year.  Brian is ready to go to China right now.  He talks about his sister all the time and prays for her every night. 

 New Daughter:

It is with incredible joy and the utmost thanksgiving to our Father in Heaven that we announce the referral of our daughter and sister, Guo Jing Xia, born on August 30, 2000 and residing at the Zhuzhou Children's Welfare Institute in the Hunan Province (we're told about
40 miles outside Changsha).  She will be named Margaret Spence and we will call her Spence.

I returned our agency's call (which was left at May 23, 2001, 1:20) at 1:30 while sitting on an airplane on the tarmac at the Atlanta airport.

On Feb. 2 (5 months old) Spence weighed 15.65 pounds, was 24.42 inches tall, had a head circumference of 16.14 inches and a chest circumference of 16.5 inches.  Her sitting height was 44 centimeters.

She sits up without help, shows excitement at food (our son said "just like me"), has a ready smile, loves music, and is sometimes obstinate (and I said, just like son).
