(How to write progress report)
รายงานผลความก้าวหน้านั้น มีความสำคัญมากในชีวิตการทำงาน
ซึ่งรายงานนี้ ควรจะครอบคลุมเนื้อหาคือ
1. ผลงานที่ได้ทำเสร็จลุล่วงแล้ว, สถานะ ปริมาณความก้าวหน้า
2. สรุปผลข้อสำคัญต่างๆของงานที่เสร็จ เช่น ขั้นตอนที่ทำได้,
ปัญหา, ข้อแนะนำ, อ้างอิง,
อื่นๆ
3. รายละเอียดแผนงานที่จะทำ, ทางเลือก, ความเสี่ยง, โอกาส
4. รายละเอียด ความต้องการที่อาจจะมี
5. สัญญาลักษ์ที่ช่วย
สื่อให้รู้ ว่า ปกติ สำคัญ ขาด/เกิน เร็งด่วนเป็นต้น ซึ่งอาจใช้
สีอักษร พื้นสี รูป Icon ต่างๆ
ในรายงานแต่ละหัวข้อนั้นเนื้อหาจะต้องครอบคลุม อะไร
