Yes this site is about music, real good Christian music and artists, but it is also about salvation and having a relationship with Jesus Christ. In the next few paragraphs we are going to try and tell you about what an awesome Man Jesus Christ is and how to get to know Him.

Born from a poor family He grew up as a carpenter son. Teaching elders of that time about God and salvation. His earthly parents were Maria and Josef. Although the virgin Maria was never impregnated by Josef but by the Holy Spirit of God the Father, making God the Father the biological father of Jesus. At the time that Maria was pregnant with Jesus, God sent an angel (messenger from God the Father) to Josef, telling him that Maria will fall pregnant with the Savior of the world. Josef was not very impressed and was thinking of leaving his fiancée. God instructed Josef to stay faithful, so together they went to Bethlehem for the senses called by the leaders (king) at that time. Everyone in the region went to Bethlehem for the senses and because the local "hotels" was fully booked they had to stay in a stall.

That lovely night Maria gave birth to a very healthy Jesus. From the time of Jesus birth Maria believed in Him and knew that He would change the way of the world forever. Although a lot of people thought that Jesus would become King of Israel and in that way save His people, God had other plans for Jesus.

Jesus grew up like any normal boy of today (except in those days they did not have Internet, computers, fast cars, etc.). Although Jesus lived like any other boy He never sinned. God the Father gave Him the strength to steer Himself away from sin. Although the enemy of Jesus tried his best to deceive and lead Jesus to sin. You see Jesus was to had to give His live on a cross 33 years later. So that all of us could live eternally. Jesus was the only Man who would have been able to do this task because He was the only "human" who never sinned. The blood of Jesus had to cover our sins and restore the human's relationship with God.

If Jesus decided not to go ahead with giving His life for us we all would have been dead and would never be able to live a full filling life. But dead we will stay and we might never experience the real joy and fulfillment in live if we do not decided to make a decision to start having a relationship with Christ.

You can start having a relationship by realizing that you have sinned and that you are not currently living a purpose full life for Christ, needing His love in your life. Then next would be to close you eyes and by meaning the next few words with your whole heart and by believing that by doing this God will change your life, will definitely change your life and give you purpose.

Theuns was born in the early 70's in a small town called Springs. As a small baby he learned to love and enjoy music and at the tender age of 2 his mother realized that Theuns is someone who love to hear the radio playing. When the radio was turned of because of some strange reason he was always quick to remind his mother to switch on the radio because the silence was unbearable.

Although growing up in a Christian home going to church on Sundays he never really understood what it meant to have a true relationship with the living Creator of all things Jesus Christ. Until his third year of study at the Vaal Triangle Technicon. It was in the beginning of1994 that everything went terribly wrong. Theuns was considering making an end to it all.

As God planned it one night in April Theuns visited his parents and his mother immediately realizes something is wrong. That night they had a heart to heart talk So by the grace of GOD and the conviction of the Holy Spirit Theuns was lead by his mother into a true relationship with the Creator of all things Jesus Christ. That Man who gave up His life on a cross so that we all might live. Theuns started to live for Christ with his whole heart and what is really significant for Theuns is the number of doors Christ has opened the last few years and will continue to open.

Theuns is a man how love life, people, music and Christ. This explains the enjoyment he experience in the time working on TEKS FM STEREO. Theuns like to compete in sport like cycling, rock climbing, wind surfing and squash from time to time.
