Over the next 10 to 12 weeks we will be using Everyday Math to focus on the five core strands of the Arkansas math standards. Two weeks will be spent on each.
Social Studies
We have started a unit on slavery. We are using the PBS special "Slavery and the Making of America". We will use SLAVERY AND THE MAKING OF AMERICA, Episode 2, "Liberty in the Air" along with internet resources, books, worksheets, and classroom discussion.
