| The mountain is called Mount Blanc, and is the tallest mountian in Europe. The resort I was at is called Chamonix, and it is a must if you are a skier. The peaks are over 14,000 ft. However, I must say that Whistler, British Coloumbia is by far the best skiing mountain that I have ever been on. I skiied for about 10 years and then about 3 years ago switched over to snow boarding. I love the speed and most of all the rush. | |||||||||||||||

| My full name is Julio Galvan Jr, however most everyone calls me "Jay." I mainly grew up in Florida and Texas. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be in the Navy. So immediately after High School, I left for the Navy. My father served 36 years in the Navy, mainly in Submarines, so I decided to follow in his foot steps. After Boot Camp and Submarine School, I was stationed aboard the USS L. Mendel Rivers (SSN/DDS - 686). The Rivers had two main purposes: 1st was Seal Delivery , then 2nd was to served in a traditional submarine role of "Seek and Destory." I was stationed aboard the Rivers for 4 years, and at sea served as a Sonar Operator. Here is a picture of me jumping off the fairwater planes. (somewhere in the Mediterrian Sea) | |||||||||||||||
