Maddie is growing up so fast and I am so proud of her. She is a joy to have around.
We have been going to the pool all summer. She has gotten over her fear of getting her head wet. What a relief! She is now jumping off the sides and the diving board. She will be swimming before we know it. I think she will be ready for swimming lessons in the spring.
Gymnastics will be starting back next week. We took the summer off due to the gym being so hot and that we just needed a break. We are ready to get back there now.
Maddie has been wanting to play soccer and we are signing her up for a indoor league today. It should be a lot of fun.
Horses are now Maddies favorite animal. I took her to a barrel racing show last Saturday and she really enjoyed it. One of the guys let her sit on his horse. That made her year! I wish I could afford to get her riding lessons, but with soccer and gymnastics, there really isn't room. Maybe next year.
