I was born Jan 27, 1953 to Ann and Henry Longoz in Picton Military Hospital. In the short 49 years of my life, I have loved, given birth to a marvelous son, moved, traveled, and worked in many different jobs.
I attended Metchosin Elementry School from 1960 to 1967 with only once leaving to attend SDA School in Grade 2. After leaving Metchosin, I attended Dunsmiur Jr. Sec. where I was among the first grade 8 class to enter the new school.
I quit school in grade 10 (one of my great regrets of all time) and went to work in a nursing home.
I moved to Vancouver in 1972, I also lived in Kettle Valley, and Oliver BC during that year.
When I came home I obtained a job as a waitress and worked until 1978 when I married a sailor. We had a son the following year and moved to Sooke BC. We seperated in 1989 and I and my son moved to Sidney BC, where I attended business college. On graduation I worked with the ministry of Education and the ministry of Forestry..
In 1999, I met a wonderful Aussie on ICQ. I flew 17000 miles in 2000 to meet him, and lived in Australia for 9 monthes. Steve will arrive here in May and we intend to marry in August before returning to Australia to live. |
