CLOUD DOUGH

Mix 6 cups of flour with desired amount of powdered tempera paint in a large bowl.  Add 1 1/2 cups oil and 1 cup water and knead well.  If necessary, add more water, in small amounts until the dough is soft and fluffy.  More flour can be added if the dough becomes too sticky.  You may want to use smocks because the dough might be messy due to the oil.
