"King", my very first dog. He was bought for a pet and the breeders later sold me a bitch for him. That pair were the foundation of my breeding line.
Aust. Ch. Dorwyn Miracle Lad "Laddie" as he was affectionately known was my first champion and a wonderful showman and did very well in the showring at a time when Cardigans were very little known or liked by judges.
Aust. Ch. Dorwyn Miss Julianna "Jay Jay" was Day's half sister and a real glamour girl. She did her fair share of winning but unfortunately hated the showring and looked miserable whenever she didn't feel like showing.
Aust. Ch. Dorwyn Dark Victory. "Rocky" was an extremely good Cardigan and one who enjoyed remarkable success in the ring. In 1986 Day took Challenge and Rocky Reserve at Sydney Royal Easter Show. Unfortunately that summer Rocky met a brown snake and although he killed it I was heartbroken to find him dead in his kennel.
"Honey" a cute little red bitch which I was campaigning when I had to give up showing for other commitments. Honey became a wonderful companion dog for a lovely elderly lady.
No! I'm not totally confused. Meet Aust. Ch. Santlin Student Prince "Ross" to his friends. He was my Skye Terrier who gave much enjoyment over a long period of time. My darling mother loved everything Scottish and called Ross her 'Mop'.

Aust. Ch. Dorwyn Midday Miracle "Day" was the top dog of my kennel. A record breaker for the breed in Australia, he re-wrote the record books. My late husband adopted Day as soon as he was born and not only was Day a wonderful showdog but also a fabulous companion dog for Les.
