This one is barely seen in the movie. Rose wears it when getting out of the elevator as Molly Brown boards the ship and meets her and Ruth.
The top looks like a mixture between the Tea dress (because of the red belt / sash with the flower) and the Kimono from the drawing scene because of the crossed black stripes.
