Enrolment.
Enrolment for All students is compulsory.
Enrolment involves: 1. The completion of an Application form.
2. The Commitment to attend classes regularly.
3. The payment of the 1/2 term fees.
A tryout period of no more than 2 lessons is permitted prior to enrolment. This allows you to be sure it's the class you want. These lessons are not free - they will be charged with a $2.00 trial class surcharge on the unit price charged to our enrolled students. Once enrolled, a student is automaticxally enrolled from term to term throughout the year unless we are informed otherwise. To withdraw an enrolement I must be informed. Simply failing to attend class is not regarded as cancellation of enrolement, and doing so will result in being invoiced for the remainder for the term classes. |
