| ***School*** Why don't students like it? Do they get bad grades Which might make them quit Is their memory fading? Mybe people treat them bad That might be why some never come It might make them scared or even mad Not coming is really dumb!! Why do people come and goof-off? I guess that they don't get attention anywhere else They come to school and have to embarrass themselves Why do people come to school sick? Are they scared that they are going to fail? Just because you miss a day or two, they ain't going to put you in jail Finally why do people come to school to learn? I guess that they know it is mandatory They need education for a job, so that's what they come to earn I guess that school is important to some You have a choice, if ya don't go, you are really dumb!!!! |
| **Christmas** It's that time of year again Everyone is preparing to go out and buy gifts and be jolly Let me think...Hmmm...I still have to begin I have to decorate especially with the beautiful green holly People go buy all this stuff and go all out I dunno why they do it! To me, they forgot what Christmas was about I'll share the meaning with you in tid-bits To me, it's Christ's birthday I'm not worried about the gifts that I get "Like I care about the meaning" most people say From experiance I know that if some people don't get what they want, they throw a fit We ought to be thankful that Jesus was born For if he wasn't we would be full of sin But to some of us it really wouldn't matter because they are like Devils...did you see their horns? I know that me or this poem won't change anything But that wasn't my intentions I wanted to aware the meaning of Christmas to you Now that you know, maybe you can make your decision!!! |
