| Dear IRS, I hate you. You've done nothing but taken from me. You've harassed me, abused me, and made me poor. I don't even have enough money to live on because of you. You take more than your share, and leave me with nothing. Then every year on April 15th, you tell me I owe you money. What have you done for me lately? I'll tell you, Nothing, absolutely nothing. Of course, you've more than given my neighbors their share of my hard earned money. Mr. and Mrs. Reproduction - (seven children, and another on the way) drawing welfare, unemployment, and any other government assistance they can get their hands on. Yet, somehow, they're driving a newer car than me, have more food in their fridge than me, are wearing nicer and newer clothes than me, and still have enough money for the drugs they smoke while sitting in front of my apartment. I'm sick of you IRS. I wish you would just disappear off the face of the planet. Does taking money from hard working people, then dispensing it to illegal aliens, drug addicts, or just plain lazy assholes make you feel good about yourself? Do you sleep good at night Mr. IRS? I hope you don't, I hope you have nightmares, just like the nightmares all Americans have when April rolls around each year. Even though, April isn't the only month we get screwed. We get taxed every damn day. Sales taxes, property taxes, toll roads, license plates, cigarette taxes, liquor taxes, gasoline taxes, state taxes, local taxes, medicare, social security, and more than I can think of right now. It's not just you Mr. IRS, it's most of the government in general. Now don't get me wrong Mr. IRS, I don't mind giving money to help with important things like the military, and government assistance for people who really need it. I'm not completely selfish, although you seem to make me that way. I just think you need to focus on budgeting what we Americans give you. In 1971 we gave $191,647,198.00...in 2000 $2,096,916,925.00. What the hell have you been doing with all that money. And why the hell has it increased every year? I have to budget a lousy 650 every two weeks. And, you so graciously take about 150 each time. Almost 25% every damn paycheck. Why? Why am I being punished? I know why....because I'm a responsible person who takes her birth control, pays her bills, works 40 hours a week, and contributes to my comunity. And the worst part....there are millions of other people out there just like me. Millions! Yet somehow, we...the hard working middle class...get screwed. Well, damn it. Not me. Not anymore. So, this year, when you don't recieve my income tax return, and you send me a letter telling me what a horrible person I am, not doing my part for society, and ruining the country single-handed, you'll promptly recieve the letter back...marked "Deceased" Sincerly, A Bitter Bitch P.S.
