Paul bought Hobo from a local lady who said he was 8 years old and had been ridden before she bought him. Well it turns out he's 5 and had never been ridden! It's been quite an experience, but we've had Hobo for almost a year now. He is a completely different animal. Although I'm still a little leery of him, he amazes me with how sweet he's become. He's a big loveable baby! He's even easy to catch!!! Two weeks ago Hobo and I went on our first trail ride. We live in the foothills and rode for most of the day. He did awesome! Although everything is new to him, he's not spooky. He'll think before he acts. He is surefooted on the trails and doesn't break a sweat while the other horses are dripping. I think he's definitely a keeper!
