IZEE'S CHEEKY
TADZIKI

INGREDIENTS
200g NATURAL YOGURT
2 CUCUMBER
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 LEMON
SALT
OLIVE OIL

Peel the 2 large green things and then grate them into a bowl. Get your hands in and squeeze out the juice, you don't want the juice because it will make the final mixture too runny. Add the yogurt, the juice of 1 lemon, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, a splash of olive oil and salt to taste. Mix it all up and slam it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
