AMAZING RICE

INGREDIENTS
RICE
ONIONS
SULTANAS
FLAKED ALMONDS
RED CHILLI
GARLIC
TURMERIC
PAPRIKA
VEGETABLE STOCK CUBE
SALT AND PEPPER
OLIVE OIL FOR FRYING

Boil the rice following the instructions on the packet, drain and leave to cool. Get a big wok and fry the onions, garlic and chili. When the onions have softened throw in some sultanas, wait for these to swell slightly. Add the vegetable stock cube, the turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper. Once you have this brown looking mess you are now able to fold in the rice while heating gently. When the rice has gone a lovely orange colour throw in the flaked almonds and eh voila it is ready to serve.These amounts should be added as you like eg. like more chili add more chili.
