FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
4 CHICKEN BREASTS
1 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOON ENGLISH MUSTARD
1 TABLESPOON HORSERADISH SAUCE
2 TABLESPOON DOUBLE CREAM
2 EGG YOLKS
BREADCRUMBS
PLAIN FLOUR
SALT AND PEPPER
OLIVE OIL FOR FRYING

is one of the worlds great exploring entrepreneurs. After loosing an eye in
a knife fight during an argument over the length of his moustache in a bar
in the back streets of Marrakesh he decided to settle down, raise a family
and open up an unequalled internet trading post dealing in Moroccan goods called
Kazzbar. He can still fry chicken even with one eye!
Remove the skin from the breasts and cut them into nice size pieces. In a bowl
mix the mustards, the horseradish, the cream and the egg yolks. Season each
lump of chicken, dust them with flour, throw them in the mustard mix and then
throw them in some breadcrumbs. Put all the pieces on a baking tray and put
it in the fridge for a few hours. Fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan with
the olive oil and hey presto dam good fried chicken. This is great with the
rice, cherry tomatoes and tadziki.
