Here is my opinion that a regular job cannot make us wealthy, and instead only leave us with debt. If you want to be successful you have to be a business owner. There are two types of businesses: wealthy but you must keep working on it, and wealthy where you can stop working and the profits still roll in. 

1. large enterprise (Microsoft, IBM, CP, AIS)
2. Franchise owner (McDonald’s, 7-Eleven)

New Agel Corporate Headquarters

An hour-long ceremony was held in Lehi, Utah on sept. 4 for the momentous occasion, that of breaking ground on the new Agel Corporate Headquarters. The ceremony was held at the Thanksgiving Development Business Complex. This will be welcome space for Agel which is now operating in a 15,000 square foot facility in Provo.

With over 135,000 square feet, this 5 story building will offer much needed space for the corporate headquarters of this fast expanding company as well as other local companies. There were more than 100 people attending the ceremonies, including Glen Jensen - The founder of Agel as well as its CEO. In addition, many members of the executive team were present, as well as many community members.  

Agel intends to lease the fifth floor and possibly the fourth floor. When the company has both floors occupied, they will be working in some 60,000 square feet of office space.  The location of the new headquarters is just off I-5 and 3000 W. Ashton Blvd. in Lehi. When the project has been fully completed, there will be in excess of 730,000 square feet of prime office space available to local businesses.
