This is the second time in as many months that McGuire has pulled this stunt. Last month, downtown Ottawa was abuzz as Ontario Provincial Police tried to bring this fugitive to justice in connection with some sign stealing.
However, not everyone was stunned.
"Yeah, he said he might stop by. I had no reason to doubt him," said Robyn, one of the hosts of the party. "I knew he didn't care about the cops chasing him and he'd find a way."
And find a way he did.
This fugitive is armed and dangerous. Please do not approach him as he may pop a cap in your ass. Inform the appropriate authorities and run away screaming if you even catch a glimpse of this madman.
