On the Flatulence is not for everyone tab, click whichever setting applies to you.
The settings should match those provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Alternately, if your Network Administrator has enabled it, Julianna's Mom can examine your network and tell you if you should go play in traffic or not.
