Ruthern Valley

Home

This is the home of Dipper Bridge, four miles south of Bodmin in Cornwall. It may look peaceful now, but a hundred years ago several mines were busy excavating iron and copper. They were served by one of the earliest railways in the country, opened in 1839, but have long since closed.
