Last night in Perth
The last night in Perth nearly ended in jail. Jack the jet and Glen Edwards took me to the local ale house for a farewell celibration. The music was blearing and the beer flowing. I was having a good time. I had the camcorder out and took a little footage of the pool game between Jack and Glen. It was the sort of game that was full of distractions namely myself with the camcorder in their face while trying to have seroius game of pool. But I soon took the seroiusness and turned into sillyness. After saying good night Jack and I set off back home. As I stared to drive out of the car park I could see a police car pull into the car park. It did not take long before they desided to follow and pull me in. It was not my driving that made them pull me up it was a phone call from some local warning the police that there was a couple in a car drag racing around the street near by. They could smell the beer and gave me a breatherlizer just for good measure. They said that they would wait and then give me a second. The second had dramatically dropped from the first. Hardly surprising I had just come out of the pub when they gave the breath test. I had told them my story and that I was leaving tommrow they desided rather than let me drive they very kindly offered to take me home. I was not going argue and had a lift in the back of a paddy waggon. All is well that ends well.
