Pćo de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread)
- 1 cup of ricota cheese
- 100g of parmesan cheese
- half a cup of skim milk
- one adn a half cups of tapioca starch (also known as tapioca flour)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teapoon of salt
Boil milk and pour on the tapioca starch. Mix well. Add other ingredients and place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
