Interesting Links

I have been many places on this Internet, in search of that which will expand my knowledge. Of the countless places which I have visited, there have inevitably been those which have proven far more impressive than others. Below I have listed many such sites.

Webcomics
Fallen
INFORMATION
Kagerou
An absolutely INSANE webcomic about a guy who gets summoned to an alternate world to serve as a Champion. And wehn I say "insane" I mean "mentally screwed up" insane. The main character has radically different split personalities. Lots of blood. Etc.
Nuklear Power
A pixel comic that uses the character gifs from the original Final Fantasy, putting a humorous twist on the Light Warriors' quest by portraying each character stereotypically.
9th Elsewhere
A young woman is having self-esteem and inspiration issues, so a muse is called in to enter her dreams and help her resolve them.
Abstract Gender
Breaking into an old house results into transformation into women for two main characters.

Dungeons 'n Dorks
A webcomic about a group of stereotypical Dungeons and Dragons players: the newb, the console fanatic, the master roleplayer, the powergamer, and the newb DM.
Dominic Deegan
Dominic is a small-time oracle in a small town with small problems. At least for a little while.
Earthsong
"Children" with potentially-fatal soulstones (essence fragments of their homeworlds) are brought to Earthsong to be cured. But another power seeks these stones as well.
El Goonish Shive
Webcomic about a group of high school kids and their crazy, sci-fi experiences. Ted, for instance, has a knack for building devices that turn people into other creatures and genders.
Errant Story
Once revered as perfect, Errants (or half-elves) are now rare, hated by both humans and elves, nearly wiped out in a war long ago. Fast forward to now. Meiji is a young...let's say loose slacker half-elf at the magic academy. The only way for her to graduate is to get an A on her final project, so she decides to become a demi-God. Adventure to follow.
Fantasy Realms
Beautifully drawn fantasy webcomic. Did I say "beautifully" drawn? I mean perfectly drawn
Grim Tales
A fan take on Mandi and Billy, but with much better art than the original. And a better story. Seriously, this is the kind of thing many of us wish for.
Haru Sari
A modern-set webcomic about humanity living with Elves created through genetic experimentation. One such Elf is gifted with the ability to heal, so he works at a charity clinic. Short-lived, sometimes these Elves lose their minds and go on killing sprees.
Inverloch
A fantasy webcomic about a group of adventurers in search of a special elf by the name of Kayn'dar, who is prophesied to save the elves from their apparent doom. But not is all as it seems...
Mac Hall
A webcomic about college life. Or, now that the artist has graduated, about life after college.
MegaTokyo
Following a scene, Piro thinks it best to take Largo out of the country. He forgot to plan for the return trip, however, so now the two of them are trapped in Japan trying to earn enough money for plane tickets home.
Misfile
Life was going just fine for Ash and Emily until a slacker angel by the name of Rumisiel kinda "misplaced" some paperwork. Ash's file got put in the girl cabinet, so now he's a she, while Emily's file lost a few pages, so she's lost two years. Now they've gotta get Rumisiel off of "administrative leave" so he can fix things.
Paradox Lost
Hard to describe. Kinda random sometimes. A lot. Professional manga quality, though.
Penny Arcade
A satirical, often cynical webcomic about games, gaming, and the gaming industry.
Skyfall
In an alternate world, two of four humanoid races are at war with each other. While this is going on, a group of adventurers has assembled ancient relics able to tap into the power of the Gods themselves...so that they can destroy them. The relics, that is. Not the Gods. But, as usual, not everything is as it seems.
Sluggy Freelance
A long-running webcomic about a group of semi-normal people and their crazy adventures. Has updated every day since, what, 1998? Excellent story arcs, well thought-out, pretty good art (after the first year or so).
Sokora Refugees
The parallel world of Sokora has been invaded by demons. Most of Sokora's inhabitants have either fled or died. Now, the fate of Sokora rests on the shoulders of a rag-tag group of locals and Earth college kids, one of whom has to time-share her body with a Sorceress.
The Wotch
One day at band camp, Anne Onymous is endowed with the power of the Wotch, becoming a very powerful (albeit inexperienced) mage with a tendency to transmute her guy friends into girls.
Cheer!
A spin-off of The Wotch about four cheerleaders who, prior to one of Anne's fits, were cheuvenistic football players. Now they deal with normal high school issues and the occasional clandestine plot.
Van Von Hunter
An online version of the manga by Tokyopop about the adventures of Van Von Hunter, hunter of evil stuff!
VG Cats
A satirical, often cynical webcomic about video games.
