| I still love those shirts. ALL*STAR VENDOR. I am so NOT an all-star vendor. But, those blue shirts sure do look cool. DETROIT ROCKS! If you look closely at the tall skyscraper in the middle of the picture you may almost be able to make out a ball hitting the building. I think they painted the building? Something was written on it that said "3000 ft from home plate".I guess it was indicating that a baseball player could hit a ball there. It's gotta take a lot of steroids to hit a ball that far! |

| It's almost time to start the Home Run Derby. Comerica is a such a beautiful ballpark. It's so oldschool....and so very suited for Detroit. It smells like hotdogs and cigars....peanuts and cigarettes are everywhere and the lighting looks like something from the movie the Natural. | ||||||||
