The small furniture pieces are rescued and renovated in the basement of our home. Having a 32 hour per week regular job provides me with the opportunity to work on the furniture pieces on my Friday's off. The rescued furniture pieces are simple and useful. If you don't see something that interests you, feel free to contact me with any particular questions or specific inquiries. At the present time, items for purchase are only available for either local pickup or delivery within a 20 mile radius.

This is me, my boyfriend Mike, and our dog Jersey.
Born and raised in Maryland, my name is Julia and I currently reside in Northern-Central Massachusetts, with my boyfriend Mike and our dog Jersey. I started renovating small pieces of furniture recently after stumbling across a beat-up drop-leaf table marked "free" on the side of the road. I was so excited about finding this treasure and decided to rescue it and give it new life. I liked the final product so much that I decided to keep it to use as an extra seating area in our sunroom.
This website was designed with one, maybe two purposes in mind. First, and foremost, this website was created as my final project in my Webdesign class at SNHU. Second, I have this new found desire of fixing up and painting small pieces of furniture. Not only do I get personal satisfaction out of the finished product, the painting itself is very therapudic. My color choices for the website were made from simple, basic colors while trying to maintain a classy appearance. I kept my original design based on several classmates comments. If I had more time to work on the website, I would like to re-align all of my images, trying to maintain "responsiveness" and I would like to try to make each page the same size. I do not think that I will maintain the website once the class is over, even though others disagree.
