| Lance pulled a box out of his pocket and gave it to Josh who was staring wide-eyed at Lance, he slowly opened the box and he gasped and a tear slipped from his eye down his cheek, "Oh Lance it's so beautiful." The box contained a necklace which was a Lion and a Bull intwined inside a heart, the chain was made of silver with blue sapphire's on the Lion and emeralds on the Bull and the heart was diamond encrusted, the box also contained two gold rings; one with a dusting of sapphire's, the other had a dusting of emeralds. Lance got up and he took out the necklace and turned to JC, "This necklace represents us Josh, the Lion and Bull their us, Leo and Taurus. They are intwined inside a heart which means we are joined together forever. This is a symbol of our love." Lance took a breath then asked, "May I put this on you?" Josh nodded, Lance unclasped it and moved behind Josh and gently placed it around his neck and fastened it up, Lance sat back down and admired it. "It looks beautiful on you, my love." Lance said in awe as the necklace seemed to make Josh sparkle; even more than usual. Josh fingered the necklace, "I love it Lance, it's beautiful. I will never take it off. I love you, there are no words to describe how I feel at this moment." Lance smiled and took a deep breath he moved closer to Josh and his fingers trembled as he took out the ring with emeralds on it, "Josh I love you more than life itself, this past week has been perfect, I have never been happier then when I'm with you, to finally be together is so magical and I truly believe this will be a love that will last forever. This ring is a symbol of my love for you, will you wear this and be mine forever?" Josh looked at Lance while tears streamed down his cheeks and whispered with a huge smile, "Yes." Lance released the breath he was holding and smiled, he gently held Josh's hand while he slipped the ring on his finger, "This isn't an engagement ring but a commitment ring." Josh smiled and looked down and admired the ring that fit his finger perfectly, he took caution to the wind and held Lance's chin and slowly brought his lips to Lance's and kissed him sweetly. Josh took a deep breath and with shaky fingers reached for the other ring that was dusted with sapphires, he gently took Lance's hand and looked into his pale-green eyes and began, "Lance I love you more than anything, with you my life is complete. I never thought when Justin called me up that day, that my life would change as much as it did, I thought the best thing that would happen to me would be that I would get to sing and do what I love. I never knew when I said we needed a bass that I would fall in love. When you said 'I do' I thought I couldn't get happier because we finally were together but you proved me wrong everyday afterwards because it just kept getting better and today has been one of the happiest days of my life and I will remember it always. I know because it took us 5 years to get together that our love is special and it will last forever, you are my soulmate Lance, and I am never gonna let you go. This ring is a symbol of my love for you, will you wear this and be mine forever more?" Lance was so choked up it took him a minute to answer, "Yes." He smiled as Josh slowly slid the ring up his finger, and took his hand and kissed his knuckles. "I am the happiest man on earth, and I will spend the rest of my life trying to make you happy." Lance said as he held Josh's hand. Josh squeezed his hand and spoke, "You already do." Josh grinned, "I Was Born To Make You Happy." Lance laughed, "Baby One More Time." Josh laughed too, "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know." Lance laughed even harder, "Don't Go Knocking On My Door." Josh giggled this would really send Lance reeling. "Oops! I Did It Again." Lance was now in tears, "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction." "Lucky." Lance was laughing so hard, "One Kiss From You." JC giggled, "Girl In The Mirror." "Can't Make You Love Me." "Where Are You Now." Lance was still laughing and barely managed to get out, "Soda Pop." JC was giggling harder, "(You Drive Me) Crazy." "Sometimes." "When Your Eyes Say It." "E-mail My Heart." "Bye, Bye, Bye." Lance was laughing so hard that he was gasping for breath and hearing Jc's high pitched squeals and giggles wasn't helping much, when he finally calmed down enough to speak he said, "What was that about." "I don't know, but it was funny." "I wouldn't tell Britney." JC laughed, "No problem. I love you." "I love you, too. You ready?" Lance asked. "Yeah, let's go." Lance and Josh got up and paid the bill slipping in an extra tip in case they upset anyone with their laughing, they settled in the car and snuggled together. "This has been the best night of my life." JC said. "Mine too, I'm glad I could make it special for you." Lance said back. "Special is just being with you, Sweetie." "I love you." "I love you too." They kissed passionately and settled in for the drive back to the hotel. |
