| The Shot |
| The day that Jc found out that Justin was in love with him would never leave his memory. First of all, Justin was the last person in the group that Jc would�ve even imagined being gay. Justin was the one of the group that all the girls lusted for and Jc knew that he was recently involved with Britney for a short while. He was truly surprised. But, not only was Justin gay, he was in love with Jc. Sure Jc loved Justin � he loved all of the guys � but he wasn�t in love with him. And Justin was gorgeous according to his millions of fans all over the world, but Jc had never thought of him in that way. The day that Justin �came out� to him, he knew something was up right away because Justin was being unusually quiet. He had stayed out of the conversations and jokes that the other guys were carrying on. He spent most of the day staring out the window of the tour bus looking deep in thought. Jc never would have imagined that Justin was thinking about him. Justin�s inner struggles had been going on for about a month. That�s when he began to notice Jc in a very different light. Every time Justin would look at him, he would be amazed� and he would also blush profusely. Which was really strange since Justin was never the one to blush when embarrassed. So to avoid being embarrassed, he decided to just stare out the window for the whole bus ride. But his luck was suppressed when Jc cornered him once they got to the hotel. They happened to be sharing a room, which was convenient from Jc. When Jc had questioned Justin, Justin had denied that there was anything wrong. But Jc was persistent and Justin soon cracked. �Jace?� Justin asked nervously. �Yeah Just?� Jc said in a concerned voice. Then Justin proceeded to tell Jc that he had loved him ever since Nsync had started. Justin was really, really nervous and it showed. Jc tried his best to make his friend more comfortable, but it didn�t work too well. Justin was so afraid of being rejected and afraid that Jc would hate him. He had been thinking about this moment for a while now, trying to plan it out in his mind. But it wasn�t supposed to work this way� he wasn�t supposed to stutter so much. It had worked so much better in his mind. To say Jc was shocked would have been an understatement. He told Justin that he needed time to think about what he had just been told. And Justin had given him the space he needed. After a few days, everything went back to the way it had been before. On the outside that it. Jc was definitely NOT feeling normal. On top of the Justin �situation,� he had just broken up with Bobbie, his girlfriend, because he knew he didn�t love her the way he should. He didn�t want to end up hurting her in the long run. When he told Justin about the breakup, Justin paused and then just shrugged and said, �oh, ok.� That surprised Jc because he thought Justin would be thrilled or something. He surprised himself by feeling disappointed by Justin�s reaction. Justin was feeling really weird around Jc now, which was something he really didn�t want to happen. He was so relieved that Jc didn�t hate him after he came out. He was also happy about Jc�s recent breakup. He had tried so to seem unaffected by the news, but the fact was that he was so happy he could hardly contain himself. He didn�t know why, Jc would probably never love him, but it left him with a little feeling of hope inside. He knew that Jc was trying his best to act normal around the guys so they wouldn�t suspect that anything was wrong. He knew he should probably tell the rest of the guys, but he was too scared. �I�m such a wuss,� he thought to himself. But he had a reason to be because there was also the press to worry about. If they found out, Nsync would probably be over. He wasn�t sure what all of his loving fans would think. Jc now lay in his bunk on the tour bus, thinking about the situation. He had been doing that a lot lately. He wondered if he could ever love Justin the way that Justin loved him. He just wanted to be happy� **The Next Day** Late the next morning, an interview and photo shoot with Teen People was scheduled, which meant they could sleep in. Jc woke up around 9:30, which was pretty rare, and stretched his tired body out. His brain was on overload the past few days, which made him exhausted. He just laid they for a few more minutes before sitting up. He glanced over at Justin�s bed and sighed. Justin was tangled up in all of him blankets, still asleep. Jc couldn�t help but smile at the adorable sight before him. All he could see of the younger man was his curly hair and his feet. He sighed again, and began to get ready for the day. Once all the guys were showered and ready, they headed to the photo shoot and interview. The interview was typical. Justin was asked about the latest Britney rumor and Jc was asked about his recent breakup. Soon it was time for a lunch break at which the guys all fooled around and then the photo shoot started. First, all of the guys were positioned together and then the photographer wanted separate shots too. Justin�s was last and was going well until the photographer asked Justin to look like the one he loved had just kissed him. Justin immediately blushed and bowed his head in embarrassment. Jc fidgeted where he sat on a couch watching Justin and knew what he had to do. �Hey Justin?� he asked. �Yeah?� Justin said, still blushing. �Can I talk to you for a sec� privately?� Jc asked him. �Sure, Jc. We�ll be right back,� he told John, their photographer. Jc led him to an empty dressing room and waited until Justin entered, shutting the door behind him. �What�d you want to talk about C?� Justin asked. �Um, well� you see� I noticed� ok, here goes nothing,� Jc stuttered. He quickly walked towards Justin, before he could change his mind, and pinned him against the nearest wall. He looked into Justin�s eyes for a brief moment before closing his lips over Justin�s and kissing him with everything he had. Justin almost got lost in the kiss, but pulled away � even though it wanted it so bad. But Jc had forgotten the reason for kissing Justin the moment their lips touched. He went to kiss Justin again and when they pulled back, Justin looked at him with wide eyes. �What� um� why did you� I don�t under�� Justin stammered. �Well I wanted to help you with your look for the shot the John wanted�� Jc began. �Ah, shit!� Just swore, blushing again. �Wait, you didn�t let me finish,� Jc argued, �I wanted to help you with your look for the �shot,� but your lips just taste so good. I couldn�t stop.� �Don�t tease me Jc,� Justin said, his voice wavering. �Who says I�m teasing?� Jc asked. �So you� but I thought� when did you� how�� Justin was at a loss for words. Jc chuckled at his friend�s apparent surprise and then spoke, �I don�t know if I�m gay, Justin. All I know is that I want to kiss you again. I know I�m not in love with you� yet. But who knows what will happen,� Jc concluded. �Woah, I never thought this would happen,� Justin said with a smile. �Yeah, me neither actually,� Jc replied, �but would you like to give it a try?� �YES!,� Justin answered quickly, and he blushed again. Jc smiled at his younger friend. He walked over to Justin, grabbed both his hands, and pulled him down into a passionate kiss. Needless to say, the �shot� was completed without a hitch. THE END |
