| Shady looked at the scared looks on Joshua and Lance's faces and sighed, "As Joseph, Justin and Christopher informed me, you two are or wish to be an item, is that correct?" Joshua looked at Shady in fear [[Oh shit! He's using their full names. Please don't say you don't approve, please]] "Y-yes." "And I'm ussuming you two are now together, is that true Joshua? James?" Lance scooted closer to Joshua and reached for his hand, "Yes sir that's correct." "Yes father it's true." Joshua said holding Lance's hand tightly. "Do you two love eachother?" Shady asked, regarding the two with a steady gaze. "Yes." Joshua replied, his voice softening and eyes brightening. Lance smiled and glanced down bashfully, unwilling and unable to hide the love and happiness in his voice, "Yes sir, I love Joshua with all my heart." Shady regarded the two silently, the love they shared was obvious as was how they protectively held eachother, "Joshua what about Ashley?" Shady noticed how Lance flinched at that name. "He was rebound thing, because of my feelings for Lance." Joshua replied. "I thought you liked him?" "I did, but I didn't love him. I don't really think me and Ashley will be friends anymore." Shady bit his lip, he knew that Ashley was the one who punched Joshua, "Why did Ashley punched you Joshua?" Joshua and Lance exchanged a glance, "He caught us about to kiss and he was angry, fortunately I had earlier found out that he was cheating on me and I said so and then Bobbee came up and had a go at him," Joshua looked his father in the eye, "He was aiming for Bobbee daddy I was protecting her, I tried to push her out the way but I got the punch." Shady looked at Lance, "How long have you had feelings for Joshua?" Lance bit his lip and glanced down, "Since the first moment I saw him." Joshua's eyes widened, "What?" Lance shyly met Joshua's eyes, "I've loved you since the first moment I met you, you with your bright eyes which are the color of the ocean and your beautiful smile, and even though I was 2 years younger you treated me as if I was the same age and...I loved you for it." Joshua didn't think he could love Lance anymore if he tried, "I love you." Lance smiled, "I love you too." And he leaned forward and sweetly kissed Joshua. Shady witnessing all this had to admit their affection was geniune. "James! What the hell are you doing?" Kimmie shreaked, as she came in to witness and Lance kissing Joshua. Lance and Joshua broke apart with a gasp, they turned wide-eyes on Kimmie, "Mom..." "James, what are you doing kissing him?" Kimmie demanded. "I'm kissing him because I love him." Lance replied quietly. "You're gay?" "Um, well, yes." Lance said. "Why did you never tell me?" "You aren't that accepting." Lance looked up at Kimmie, "Mama you blew a fuse when Chris said he was dating Howie." Kimmie glared at Lance, "I was brought up to believe homosexuality is wrong. Chris was young as you are, too young to give up on women altogether." "Mom, have you ever seen me date a girl? I've never liked them." "So what about marriage? What about children? You just going to give up on that altogether to pursue...this?" "I can still get married! I can always adopt or have a surrogate! And anyway I'd give up all of that just to be with Josh." "Did Chris make you this way?" Lance looked at his mother in disbelief, "No! Mom! I have always been this way, this is who I am I am gay mama, I'm gay." "Do you condone this?" Kimmie asked Shady. "What's there to condone, they in love who cares if it's male or female?" "I DO!" Kimmie shouted. Shady stood up and glared at her, "Well for your information I have once been in love with a man!" Shady yelled. "Oh my God!" Was heard from upstairs and Justin, Joey and Chris came running down the stairs. Kimmie wrinkled her nose in disgust, "You've been with a man?" "Yes. I don't see a problem being with a male or female if your in love and Lance and Joshua have proved to me the're in love." "So you approve?" Kimmie asked, and Lance and Joshua looked at Shady, praying. "Yes." Shady said and Joshua and Lance released a breath, relieved. "Well I don't." Kimmie said and the kids gasped. "Then you can get the fuck out of my house Kim-mee." Shady growled. "Fine! Chris Lance get your things we're leaving." "No!" Lance said. Kimmie whirled around, "What do you mean 'no'?" "I am not leaving Joshua to go somewhere, where my lifestyle is not welcome." "Me either." Chris said, "And MOM for your information I'm still with Howie." Kimmie glared at everyone and ran upstairs and got most of her things and before she slammed the door they could hear he spit out, "Fags." Lance slumped against Joshua, "God!" "I knew she didn't accept me but I didn't know she would forsake us." Chris shook his head in disgust." Shady took a few deep calming breaths, "You guys can stay here, Joshua Lance I approve of your relationship. I'm a little angry right now so I'm going to bed, night guys." "Night." They said as Shady left. Joshua wrapped his arms around Lance, "You okay baby." Lance wrapped his arms around Joshua and clung on to him tightly, "God! Is it possible to hate your own mother?" Joshua held Lance tightly, "In the case of her my answer would be yes." Lance looked up at Joshua, "You never liked mama did you?" Joshua sighed, "It's not that I...she just didn't make the effort to...she wasn't that nice to us...kinda mean even...when daddy wasn't around." "Really?" Lance asked. "Oh yeah! No offense guys but she was a bitch to us." Joey said. "Oh I can believe you Joe." Chris said. "She was always nice to me...until now. After the way she reacted to Chris being with a guy I never told her I was attracted to guys too, well Joshua." Joshua pulled Lance closer and kissed his head, "It's okay baby. I can understand why." "When I told her I never expected her to react the way she did I mean I'm her child y'know? I thought she would at least try to be understanding." Chris said sadly. Justin smiled and put his arm around Chris, "I can understand. Chris dude your one of the family now your like my big brother...or one of them at least." Chris giggled, "Thanks squirt." "You know what it's been a long morning how about we go into one of our rooms and watch tv and crash?" Joey offered. Everyone agreed and they went into Joshua's room which had the bigger bed and Lance and Joshua layed together at the top of the bed and everyone sat somewhere else. "What do you want to watch?" Lance asked. "Something funny." Chris said. The guys put 'The Mask' on began watching but before long they were all asleep, Joshua and Lance snuggled peacefully. |
