| "Sit down Lance." Joshua said as he gestered to the chair. Lance walked over and sat down looking at his hands, not daring to look up he didn't want to see the hurt look in Joshua's eyes. Lance swallowed hard fighting back tears, "I, I said those things because I got angry that you memtioned A-Ashley after what he did to you; delibret or not." "You've never liked Ashley have you?" Joshua asked really wanting to know the answer. "No." "Why?" Joshua asked, confused as to why Lance didn't like Ashley. "God I really don't want to do this." Lance whispered. "Why not? I think I deserve an explanation." Lance did look up then, "I don't want to say what I have to say when you're mad at me." "Lance you hurt me I just want to know why." Joshua said. "I'm so sorry." Lance cupped Joshua's cheeks tenderly and looked into those eyes, those beautiful blue eyes. Joshua looked into the most gorgeous pair of green eyes he had ever seen and smiled, "Lance..." "I love you." Lance smiled and leaned in and covered Joshua's lips with his own. Joshua closed his eyes as Lance touched his lips and he kissed back, loving the taste of Lance. Lance pulled back and looked into Joshua's eyes before he got the chance to say 'do you love me?' Joshua whispered, "I love you James Lance." Lance smiled in relief, "I love you too Joshua Scott." Joshua and Lance leaned in for another kiss and smiled seconds before their lips met. Justin, Joey and Chris clapped from the doorway as they saw Joshua and Lance 'find' eachother. Lance and Joshua broke apart blushing as the others started giggling. Joshua giggled and interlocked his and Lance's fingers, "When can I leave?" "Not for a day at least Mr Mathers." Dr Moore said appearing in the room. Everyone jumped they hadn't seen her come in. "Why?" Joshua asked. "Did your family tell you about your injuries?" Dr Moore inquired. "Lance told me I was in a coma." Dr Moore frowned, "Ok. You were knocked unconscious which resulted in inter-cranial swelling." "Whats that?" Joshua asked. Dr Moore smiled, "It is swelling around the brain which is why you were in a coma. Other than that you are fine but we'd like to keep you overnight for observation." "Ok. Can someone stay with me?" "Sure." Dr Moore agreed. Joshua turned to Lance, "Will you stay?" "Of course." Lance replied with no hesitation, there is no other place he would rather be. "Very well then Mr Mathers if all goes well you will be released tomorrow and you should rest for a few days." "Ok." Joshua said as she left. "Guys why don't you go home, it's been a long day for y'all." Joshua said, wanting to be alone with Lance. "Sure see you tomorrow big brother." Joey said as he hugged Joshua and waited at the door for the others. Justin hugged Joshua, "See you tomorrow bro, love you." Justin said as he hugged Joshua tight. "Love you too." Joshua said as he hugged back then watched Joey and Justin wait outside for Chris. Chris hugged Joshua, "See you later." Then he hugged Lance, "I'm happy for you bro." Lance blushed and smiled, "Thank you, see you tomorrow." Chris walked out and Joshua laid back on the bed, "I don't know why but I'm tired." Lance ran his fingers through Joshua's curly locks, "Then go to sleep darlin'" Joshua grinned and giggled, "Only if you come up here baby." Lance giggled and blushed then carefully sat on the bed and curled into Josh's side, he sighed contently. Josh kissed the top of Lance's head and curled his arm around Lance, hugging him tight, "You okay?" Lance wrapped his arm lovingly around Josh's waist, "Mmmmhmmm, I'm more happy then I've been in a long time." Josh smiled, "My fault I hope." Lance grinned, "Definetely. Can we talk in the morning?" "Yeah of course. Why?" Lance snuggled more deeply into Josh's chest, "I would just really like to hold you and spend the night in your arms, if that's okay." "It's more than okay." Joshua said holding Lance tightly, "Night babe, I love you." Lance smiled, "Night darin', I love you too." Lance and Joshua fell asleep curled together with smiles on the faces, happy that they were finally were they belonged; with eachother. |
