| This is a story about a guy called Shady who was living with 3 very lovely boys and then along came a girl named Kimmie who was a bitch on wheels, but with 2 very lovely boys and another kid on the way. Shady was at home waiting for the oldest of his 3 boys to get home, he needed to tell him that he and Kimmie were going to move in together. All of a sudden Joshua bounded in perky and full of energy, "Hi daddy." Shady looked at Joshua and smiled, "Hey Joshie come here I have to tell you something." Joshua rolled his eyes and sat next to Shady on the couch, "Daddy I've told you not to call me that." Shady arched an eyebrow, "Just because your 17 doesn't mean your not still my little baby boy." Joshua smiled and looked up at his father, "I love you daddy, and of course I'm still your baby boy. What did you want to tell me?" Shady ruffled Joshua's curls, "I love you too honey. First of all where's your brothers?" Joshua pouted when Shady messed up his curls but smiled when he told him he loved him, he never doubted it but it was nice to hear, "Joey's with Kelly he's thinking of asking her out, and Justin's playing basketball with Dan Miller y'know from down the street." Shady nodded his head, "Yeah Dan's nice he's a good friend of JuJu's. Joey is finally gonna ask his sweetie out, what about you, you've got a honey locked away that we don't know about?" Joshua giggled shaking his head, "You know I haven't found anyone since Kea dumped me." Shady noticed his son get a little down, "Aww sweetie Keanu loved you but he knew it was for the best when they moved. Trust me honey long-distance relationships never work," Shady paused for a minute before tentatively asking, "You two didn't do anything did you because I don't think you're old enough..." "Daddy!" Joshua exclaimed blushing and dying of embarrassment, "I am a virgin daddy, I am saving myself for the right boy or girl." Joshua smiled slightly, "But I'm glad your interested in me daddy." Shady looked at his son in disbelief, "Why wouldn't I be interested in you Joshie?" Joshua looked down at his hands tears pricking his eyes, "I read about families who's parents didn't react well to their children telling them there gay or bi and then they throw their child out without a second thought. I am so glad you reacted well I don't think I couldn't survive if you had rejected me." "Joshua Scott Mathers look at me!" When Joshua looked up Shady spoke, "I could never disown you Joshie your my baby boy and I love you. I still remember the first time I saw you, your mother handed you to me and you were so beautiful and were already full of energy. Your my angel Joshie I love you." Joshua wrapped his arms around Shady and started to sob slightly, "I love you too and I know you wouldn't daddy, I know. But I was still scared to tell you but I'm forever grateful I did. No secrets daddy remember we promised eachother when mommy died and I'm happy we did." Shady held Joshua tight, "Me too honey, me too. You ok talking about your mother?" Joshua looked into his fathers eyes and smiled, "Yes daddy. Me, Joe and Jus talk about her every night so we don't forget her and so we can move on. I love mommy and I always will but she would of wanted us to move on and just keep her in our hearts." Shady closed his eyes and thought about his beloved wife, Nicole Kidman-Mathers, he was heart broken when she died but he finally was able to move on and Kimmie came along at just the right time, she had two boys of her own Chris and Lance they were very sweet and would get on perfectly with his boys, "Yes Joshie that's where she will always be." Joshua looked at the look on Shady's face and immediately regretted talking about his mom, "I'm sorry daddy I didn't mean to upset you." Shady kissed Joshua's head, "It's ok sweetie I will always love her but now Kimmies here...and that's actually what I wanted to talk to you about." Joshua looked at his father expectantly, he didn't really like Kimmie but he thought he would only push Shady away if he told him she was a bitch and he didn't want to do that, he couldn't live without his daddy, "What do you want to tell me daddy?" Shady looked at his son and gently took his hand, "I don't know how you will feel about this but I hope you will except it. I've asked Kimmie to move in with us and she's pregnant with my child." |
